TODD D SIROKY

Todd Siroky graduated from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.  During law school, Todd served as a judicial extern for Chief Judge James D. Todd in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.  Todd is active in the local and state bar associations, and held the offices of Treasurer, Vice-President and President of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association from 2007-2009.

Todd maintains a diverse practice counseling individuals and institutional clients in the areas of Healthcare Law, Business Law/Commercial Litigation and Estate Planning.  Todd routinely counsels physicians, physicians groups, institutional clients, healthcare facilities, healthcare entrepreneurs, and other healthcare providers on a variety of complex healthcare matters, including: fraud and abuse laws, regulatory compliance issues, drafting and negotiating healthcare contracts, medical joint ventures, practice management, physician and other employment agreements, healthcare organizational documents, non-competes, healthcare privacy and security issues, governmental audits, overpayment disputes, commercial healthcare disputes, disputes with third-party payers, medical board investigation and licensing matters, and credentialing matters.

Todd routinely advises individuals and small and large corporate clients on issues ranging from general business matters and transactions to litigating complex commercial disputes in state and federal court.  Todd has significant experience in business contract drafting and negotiating and corporate formation, governance, and related matters.  In addition, he has represented individuals, financial institutions, contractors, businesses, and insurance companies in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters involving contract and business disputes, non-compete agreements, banking and commercial transactions, and other complex civil disputes.

Todd is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, The American Health Lawyers Association and The Howell Edmunds Jackson American Inn of Court.  He has served as a board member of the American Red Cross and has assisted West Tennessee Legal Services with work for Pro Bono Clinics.  Todd maintains the prestigious AV Preeminent® rating from his peers, Martindale-Hubbell’s® highest possible peer rating for an attorney for both ethical standards and legal ability.

Todd moved to Jackson in 1992 and graduated from the University School of Jackson in 1998.  He attended the University of Kentucky where he earned his undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Economics.  Following his undergraduate studies, he pursued a law degree at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.  Following law school, Todd returned to Jackson, Tennessee where he practiced for eight years with a local law firm before founding Siroky Law, PLC in 2014.  He has two children who are nine and thirteen years old.  He is active in several local organizations, and coaches youth football, softball and basketball.  In his free time, Todd enjoys spending time with his family, snow skiing and fly fishing.
